Serves/Makes: 1 Ingredients: - 2 shots of espresso - 2 tsps of PURITI Manuka Honey - Ice - Half and Half Method: Melt the two teaspoons of honey in your espresso shots. Drizzle honey around the edge of your cup, then fill the cup with ice. Pour the sweetened coffee over the ice. Top with cream. Drizzle a little more honey on top to finish. Enjoy the cup of sunshine!
